Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Compliance - Lending,
Origination & Servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and oversight of an enterprise-wide compliance
program for lending and servicing
Serve as a primary compliance advisor to leadership and manage
regulatory examinations and audits
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with laws
and regulations across all lending functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, or industry certifications
preferred
7-10+ years of compliance experience in financial services,
including senior leadership in lending
Direct experience with regulatory agencies and knowledge of lending
regulations
Proven success in leading compliance readiness for regulatory
exams
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to
influence stakeholders
