We are in need of telephone Sales Representatives – No Experience Necessary Essential Duties YOU MUST BE COACHABLE AND WILLING to utilizing our sales process to become successful. Make outbound sales calls to customers while offering great products and customer service (making at least 50 calls per day). Sell consultatively, detailing products, determine customer needs and requirements, and make recommendations to both prospects and customers of the various solutions. Work in conjunction with sales management team providing proposals and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales growth. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and General Abilities: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to comfortably and professionally read out loud Results oriented, driven self-starter Customer service experience is a plus. Previous sales experience is a plus Knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products desired Enjoy working in a team environment. BENEFITS: TOP REPS ARE ON TRACK TO EARN $250K PLUS PER YEAR Earnings estimate is based on base pay ($17/hr. including commission closing multiple deals per week) Higher deals closed means more money earned Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year 401(k) with company matching Dental Insurance Health Insurance Vision Insurance On-the-job paid training Referral program - $500.00 for each person you refer to our sales department Requirements: Requirements Excellent knowledge of MS Office The ability to build productive business professional relationships. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
