Job Description:
Lykos Capital is a rapidly growing sales firm located in El
Monte, CA. We are looking for a motivated, goal-oriented individual
to join our Entry Level Assistant Manager team to assist in meeting
our growing client’s demands. If you are looking to kick-start your
career in management, marketing and sales, this role is for you! As
an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for
supporting the sales and marketing team, driving sales for our
telecommunications client, and promoting business growth. You will
execute field marketing and sales strategies as a point person and
oversee a team of Junior Marketing and Sales Representatives to
ensure that the company is achieving desired performance metrics on
behalf of the client. As this is an entry level role, we will offer
comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship to ensure success
in the role.
