Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to
enhance the reliability and performance of their Microsoft 365
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the team in identifying system issues and managing deployments
of new system versions
Oversee projects focused on observability and monitoring, ensuring
key performance indicators are maintained
Conduct post-incident reviews and implement strategies to improve
system reliability and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent
experience
5-7 years of experience in site reliability engineering,
particularly with Microsoft 365
Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Graph APIs
Intermediate skills in Power Apps/Automate for workflow
management
Experience with monitoring platforms like Splunk and Dynatrace
