Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recovery Representative - Workers'
Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of lower to moderate exposure subrogation claims,
ensuring prompt recoveries and effective claim cost containment
Conduct detailed investigations to identify responsible parties,
gather evidence, and negotiate recoveries
Maintain accurate claim files and follow up on recovery actions
while assisting in training modules for workers compensation
adjusters
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or
university
At least two years of related work experience in workers
compensation recovery; experience as a workers compensation
adjuster is a plus
Knowledge of insurance contracts, statutory and common law, and
relevant state statutes
Strong technological capabilities, including proficiency in Excel
and claims software systems
Ability to manage time effectively and work proactively in a remote
environment
