A company is looking for a Customer Success & Retention
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service during calls and support
interactions
Identify at-risk customers and implement retention strategies
Contribute to achieving customer service KPIs and provide feedback
for service improvement
Required Qualifications
Empathy and a customer-centric mindset
Growth mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to
learn
Ability to adapt to new systems and technology, including
Salesforce and Twilio
Reliable network connectivity with specified download and upload
speeds
Availability for a full-time remote schedule, including rotating
Saturdays
