Job Description:
A company is looking for an Environmental Claims Adjuster.
Key Responsibilities
Adjudicate complex environmental claims and report on trends and
developments
Investigate claims thoroughly, analyze relevant documents, and
manage claims in litigation
Negotiate settlements and prepare documentation for claims
management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in environmental claims
adjudication
Minimum of two years' experience in commercial environmental
claims
Strong business acumen and understanding of insurance
operations
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in claims
management
Licensed Claims Examiner or ability to obtain a license within 120
days
