A company is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales - Bilingual
(Spanish & English).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Account Executives and drive performance to meet
revenue targets
Develop action plans and co-sell strategically to acquire new
clients
Report on team performance and collaborate with cross-functional
teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or
management role
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Proven track record in sales within the SaaS, Technology, or
Ticketing industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate
a team
Analytical skills to assess and report on team performance
metrics
