Job Description:
A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler responsible for
managing patient scheduling and related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage radiology appointments and obtain insurance information
Answer multi-line phone systems for multiple locations and handle
incoming faxes
Send out medical records as required
Required Qualifications
Background in healthcare is preferred
Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System is
preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions
Experience in customer service is essential
