Job Description:
A company is looking for a Rider Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Understand user audience qualitatively and quantitatively to
identify needs and improvement opportunities
Monitor supply and demand balance, proposing changes in pricing and
campaigns to optimize the marketplace
Collaborate with the passenger transport team to increase user
retention and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related
fields
At least 1 year of experience in Growth/Business
Development/Business Intelligence with multidisciplinary teams
Analytical skills to process data and propose strategic business
opportunities
High adaptability to change and a desire to make an impact
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Tableau is a plus
