Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recovery Care Coordinator who must be
a Certified Recovery Specialist or meet criteria to obtain CRS.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with patients to address non-clinical needs and ensure a
positive care experience
Collaborate with clinicians and other team members to coordinate
patient care and resolve issues related to prescriptions and
insurance
Utilize technology platforms to manage communication and maintain
patient records effectively
Required Qualifications and Education
Must either live or work in Pennsylvania
A minimum of 18 months of continuous personal recovery
experience
Minimum high school diploma or GED; veterans may provide discharge
documentation in lieu
Must meet criteria for CRS certification or already possess CRS
certification
Experience in patient support or customer service, preferably in a
healthcare setting
