Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate, Regulatory Compliance
(Credit Card).
Key Responsibilities
Support the Risk Assessment program by identifying, documenting,
and rating controls and risks
Manage customer complaints related to the credit card, ensuring
timely resolution and compliance
Respond to audit, partner bank, and regulatory requests while
identifying compliance gaps and implementing corrective actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Preferred CRCM or similar certifications
2-4 years of compliance experience in credit, banking, fintech, or
financial regulatory compliance with a focus on credit card
regulations
Understanding of credit and banking laws and regulations including
BSA/AML, UDAAP, ECOA, MLA/SCRA, FCRA, and GLBA
Proven ability to identify and remediate potential compliance
issues
