Members.Food Technologist - (In Dallas, TX or Surrounding)This role
will mainly support Niagara's Dallas and Temple Plants. You will
need to reside in the Dallas, TX or surrounding areas, within
1-2hrs by car.The Food Technologist is responsible to provide
technical support during all phases of Niagara commissioning
process at the manufacturing location(s). The incumbent will be the
conduit between Beverage Development and Manufacturing team. They
will be required to work with different cross functional teams,
including but not limited to: Operations, Corporate and Plant
Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Batching Operation team
while supporting new line start up, new product trial and start up,
as well as trouble shooting any issues related to Beverage
Development at the manufacturing sites. Essential FunctionsServe as
the technical expert during the commissioning of new formulas,
leveraging in-depth knowledge of ingredient functionalities,
formulations, and processes. Apply troubleshooting skills to ensure
successful commissioning.Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance
(QA), Batching Operations, and Manufacturing teams to conduct line
trials for new formulations, ensuring manufacturing feasibilities
are verified.Take responsibility for supporting manufacturing
operations to meet business plans and drive continuous efficiency
and productivity improvements.Facilitate streamlined communication
between Beverage Development, Product Development, Supply Chain,
Procurement, QA, and Operations. Maintain strong rapport with
cross-functional teams, ensuring awareness of key project
milestones.Create and maintain records of plant trial and start-up
reports during the commissioning process. This includes processing
parameters, batching records, finished product analytical results,
primary and secondary packaging codes, and ingredient kits.Assist
in developing test design plans for plant trials and foster a
culture of continuous improvement, striving for sustainable high
standards in manufacturing and supply chain performance.Collaborate
with Manufacturing, Operations, QA, Procurement, and suppliers to
identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings.Act as the
Beverage Development lead during new line commissioning and
commercialization at different manufacturing locations.Assume the
role of formula technical lead during Beverage plant trials and
commercialization.Stay updated on new ingredients, technologies,
and processes relevant to Niagara's product portfolios.Support LEAN
manufacturing principles, best practices, and annual improvement
activities.The ideal candidate will be based in the Dallas, TX, or
surrounding area or may require up to 75% travel.Please note that
