Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bookkeeper with expertise in legal
billing.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process accurate client invoices using legal billing
platforms
Maintain compliance with client-specific billing guidelines and
legal industry standards
Manage accounts receivable and payable, reconcile bank statements,
and update general ledger entries
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, including 1-2 years
in legal billing
Proficiency in legal billing software such as Clio, TimeSolv, or
Bill4Time
Strong understanding of accounting principles and legal billing
practices
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
