What you will be doing: Define and communicate the product vision Own AI Behavior as Product Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and enhancements. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback and industry trends. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and marketing teams. Who you are: Extensive product design experience Technically proficient AI Product background Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field Cross-Functional - work closely with engineering, design, and leadership Open to Hybrid - 4 days in office - we are a small, fast-growing startup so in-office collaboration is key! Nice to Have: Experience working in the health, wellness, or mental health space Benefits Competitive Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 Equity - massive upside joining a small, fast growing startup!
