Job Description:
Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Director (SRD), the
VIVITROL District Business Leader (DBL) will be responsible for
leading a team of Territory Business Managers (TBMs) representing a
long-acting injectable therapy for addiction treatment covering the
California District.Key attributes necessary for success include
the ability to identify and hire an exceptional sales team, possess
a strategic perspective, and inspire and motivate a
high-performing, results-oriented team.DBLs will need to provide
clear direction and coaching, work collaboratively in the field
with the sales team to identify needs and opportunities, and
execute successful sales meetings as needed. Additionally, the DBL
will establish high work standards and ensure that the team
complies with all company policies.
