Job Description GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN
Correctional Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Downey,
California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Psychiatric
- Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/17/2026 - Duration: 20 weeks - 40
hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel -
20-week contract - 40 hours - 5 x 8's - Shift: Nights - 2200-0630 -
Must work every other weekend - Patient ratios (if known): Within
Guidelines of CA State Law - Is RTO Accepted? What is the Max:3
days maximum - Certs: BLS, Fire Card - MAB/CPI Certification is
REQUIRED - License: Active CA RN License - Experience: - Two years
of psychiatric inpatient experience required - Candidate must know
how to draw blood - Experience working in a detention center and/or
other secured environment, such as in a locked facility in a
behavioral health unit and/or a jail is preferred - Candidates must
have correctional health experience or Psych - Travel experience is
