Job Description Job Description Job Title: Pharmacist – Inpatient (Nights) Location: Whittier, CA Shift: Nights – 4x10s (20:00–06:30) Schedule: 7 on / 7 off | Start day is Thursday | Weekends & holidays may be required Skills Required: Inpatient & clinical dosing (anticoagulants, cardiac, renal, geriatrics, pediatrics) Warfarin dosing, therapeutic med monitoring Pain control, psychotherapeutic management Compounding, IV piggybacks, IV push, sterile technique High-risk medications, antibiotics Code response, Carousel system experience Cardiovascular & neurologic drug management Certifications Required: PharmD BLS Experience Required: 5 years inpatient/acute care pharmacy experience First-time travelers accepted COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required Flu Vaccine: Required (exemptions allowed) Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
