Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Torrance, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,600 to $2,700 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Shift details : (5*8) 40 hours weekly Day shift Requirements 2 years of Recent experience in RN case manager Computerized documentation, is required. • 2-year acute medical Care Manager experience performing Care Coordination and Admission Reviews knowledgeable in Medicare guidelines • Weekend rotation - Will be required to watch up to 2 units on the weekend and focus on discharge planning
