Job Description:
Description Performs all required ultrasound procedures for
diagnostic purposes for patients of any age group. Champions
quality under the supervision and direction of Physician Champion.
Leads/assists quality control processes in accordance with
department, hospital, and regulatory standards. Compliant with
holiday, weekend, evening and night shift coverage as required.
Leads/assists education and training of staff and students. Assists
with creating and finalizing staff work schedules. Assists with
coordinating daily staffing workflow and triaging of patients as
needed to optimize care and services. Able to push, pull and lift
50lbs as required to perform daily activities. Responsible for
supplies and par levels needed for patient care. Provides required
records/documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Completes
required organizational and regulatory education and training as
required for role. Prioritizes organizational and department goals

Associate's Degree From an approved AMA school. Or equivalent
education/experience. - Upon hire: National Certification from
American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. - 3 years of
Sonography experience Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's
Degree. Or - Master's Degree - Coursework/Training in Lean
management. - 1 year of Leadership experience. - 5 years of
