Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive chart reviews and analyze clinical
documentation efforts
Partner with the Population Health Director to identify
opportunities for improving patient quality outcomes and cost of
care
Prepare and lead monthly Rejected Suspect Reviews and monitor
chronic condition prevalence
Required Qualifications
Experience with technical systems such as Greenway, Canopy, and
Excel
Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare providers
Experience in accurate and specific documentation
Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and
follow-through
U.S. work authorization
