Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Certified Medical Assistant-
Enrollment Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate contact with potential CCM and RPM patients and conduct
initial assessments for eligibility
Educate patients and families about the benefits of CCM/RPM
programs and assist with the enrollment process
Maintain records of patient interactions and ensure compliance with
regulations and standards
Required Qualifications
National Certification in Medical Assisting
Basic knowledge of chronic health conditions and their
management
Comfortable using technology for documentation and
communication
Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
