Key Responsibilities
Engage internal stakeholders to translate needs into a
risk-balanced approach for contract preparation
Manage engagements within the Procurement System and Contract
Lifecycle Management system
Support end-to-end contract lifecycle management and resolve
business inquiries related to contracting
Required Qualifications
8 years of professional experience in contracting within
procurement or legal operations
Ability to understand and draft commercial and legal language in
contracts
Experience with contract negotiations and collaboration with legal
teams
Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on establishing contracting
best practices
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements in a high-volume
environment
