Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, this role ensures data quality, aligns reporting methodologies, and champions process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The role involves identifying revenue trends, enhancing sales performance, and providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic goals. The candidate should be a strong problem-solver, leveraging quantitative and qualitative methods, and partner with various teams to connect strategic initiatives with metrics and insights.Responsibilities:

• Drive Strategic & Operational Excellence: Support sales management and cross-functional partners, optimize sales operations, and develop streamlined processes.
• Lead Process Improvement & Automation: Identify automation opportunities, monitor key metrics, and lead projects for efficiency.
• Provide Data Insights & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy, oversee ad sales strategies, and enhance operational reporting.
• Manage & Analyze Data: Develop performance reports, identify trends, and support leadership with insights.
• Develop & Communicate Strategies: Collaborate on ad sales strategies, foster cross-team collaboration, and develop operational best practices.Qualifications:Experience: 7+ years in media or related fields, with leadership experience and relationship-building skills.Skills: Understanding of media math and advertising, excellent communication, analytical skills, proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote and Excel, ability to leverage AI, and adaptability in complex organizations.Education: Master's degree or MBA preferred.Compensation:The salary range in NY is $157,600 - $192,600; in CA is $150,500 - $183,900.
