Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paid Search Manager to lead and
optimize their paid search programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize paid search strategies across Google
Ads and Microsoft Ads
Execute and optimize campaigns in partnership with agencies and ad
platform partners
Own reporting and insights generation on campaign performance and
investment efficiency
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of hands-on marketing experience, with 4+ years in
managing paid search channels
Proven ability to drive acquisition and revenue growth through SEM
strategies
Deep understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
Experience with value-based bidding models and conversion value
optimization
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related
field is preferred
