A company is looking for a Work From Home ACH Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the ACH File Processing team
Communicate and escalate processing issues to stakeholders and
leadership
Drive process improvements and support training initiatives for
team members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of ACH processing or payment processing
experience
At least 3 years of coaching, mentoring, or people leadership
experience
At least 3 years of experience in process or operations
management
At least 1 year of experience in risk, compliance, or audit
