Key Responsibilities
Drive company strategy execution through agile delivery frameworks
(Scrum, Kanban)
Champion agile practices and foster a high-performance culture
focused on continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to
ensure alignment and value delivery
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of experience delivering value through agile
methodologies
Proven experience in large-scale agile transformations and
enterprise-level agile delivery
Strong track record of leading teams through OKR-driven
frameworks
Deep knowledge of SaaS delivery models and managing
offshore/onshore engineering teams
Expert in Scrum, Lean, XP, and agile scaling frameworks
