Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Own strategy and performance management for customer renewals,
ensuring high revenue retention
Lead the Customer Success Operations function, establishing
operational KPIs and health scoring
Serve as a bridge between Sales, Customer Success, and FP&A to
ensure alignment on revenue and forecasting
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership role focused on renewals and
customer success
Strong background in pricing strategy and revenue management
Experience with customer success tools and CRM systems
Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making based on
insights
Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
