A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - PR +
Communications & Brand + Creative.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with agency leadership to develop custom proposals and
pitch strategies for healthcare and life sciences buyers
Qualify inbound leads and proactively pursue new business
opportunities through outreach and relationship building
Utilize HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline, track activities, and
improve process workflows
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a marketing, branding,
PR, or communications agency
Strong familiarity with healthcare and life sciences buyers across
various sectors
Proficient in using HubSpot CRM for managing pipelines and
generating insights
Experience with a disciplined, data-driven sales approach and
meeting sales targets
Ability to balance strategic storytelling with practical execution
in a collaborative environment
