Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Income Tax.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee federal, state, and international income tax compliance,
reporting, and audit support
Manage tax provision processes and ensure accurate tax-related
financial statement disclosures
Research and recommend tax planning opportunities while developing
and training in-house tax professionals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree
preferred
12+ years of relevant tax experience, including management
experience
In-depth knowledge of 10-K, 10-Q, and SEC filing requirements
Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 740
Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with PeopleSoft and
Hyperion Essbase preferred
