Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A
(Telework).
Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes to align with
organizational goals
Develop financial models to support strategic planning and
decision-making
Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analysis to track
performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis,
particularly in government contracting
Understanding of government regulations including FAR, CAS, and
DFARS
Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools, such as
Excel
Experience in mentoring and leading teams of FP&A analysts
