Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mainframe Application Support
Engineer - CMOD Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues across
CMOD and Mobius applications
Maintain and enhance technical documentation; identify gaps and
ensure materials are current and well-organized
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and recurring problems
efficiently
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or
related field
5+ years of experience in mainframe application support or
development
Expertise in COBOL programming and CMOD
development/administration
Proficiency with JCL, MVS utilities, and DB2/SQL
Experience with mainframe job scheduling tools
