Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time,
onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available at an
elementary school in Huntington Beach, CA. This contract position
offers approximately 7 hours per week, making it well-suited for a
professional who values flexibility while making a meaningful
impact through collaboration and mentorship. Responsibilities:
Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing clinical
expertise Provide guidance, supervision, and coaching to
Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) Ensure compliance with
documentation and school requirements Collaborate closely with
multidisciplinary teams and school staff to support student success
Mentor SLPAs to uphold high-quality service delivery
Qualifications: Active, valid SLP license ASHA Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, or equivalent state
certification Experience working in school-based settings preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on collaboration and
mentorship Commitment to student-centered service and professional
growth Location: Huntington Beach, CA (Elementary School setting)
Duration: Contract through the current school year, ending June
2026 Schedule: Approximately 7 hours per week, with 6 hours devoted
to IEP meetings and 1 hour for mentoring/coaching Benefits and
