Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated
Customer Service Representative to join our team in West Covina,
California. This is a contract-to-permanent position that offers
the opportunity to grow professionally while directly assisting
customers. The ideal candidate will be patient, detail-oriented,
and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism
and empathy. • Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers,
addressing inquiries and resolving issues. • Maintain detailed
records of interactions and follow-ups using company systems. •
Deliver exceptional service during busy periods, such as open
enrollment seasons. • Collaborate with team members to ensure
consistent and high-quality customer care. • Demonstrate
adaptability to varying workloads, balancing fast-paced days with
slower periods. • Support customer needs in multiple languages,
including Vietnamese, Mandarin, or Spanish, as applicable. •
Utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook for correspondence and data
management. • Uphold company values by fostering loyalty and trust
with customers. • Participate in training sessions to continuously
improve customer service skills.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
educational background. • Fluency in Vietnamese, Mandarin, or
Spanish is preferred. • Strong communication skills, both verbal
and written. • Ability to handle high-pressure situations while
maintaining composure. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Previous
customer service experience is a plus but not required. •
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
