Description EP Wealth Advisors (EPWA) is a wealth management

Manager works closely with the Portfolio Management team and
advisors to manage investments of client accounts. Our ideal

Responsibilities Work closely with Investment Director and other
senior members of the team to administer investments in client
accounts Work as needed as part of the portfolio management team to
support trading and portfolio management functions Monitor asset
allocation of client accounts and conduct rebalancing utilizing
trade order management system as necessary Monitor cash levels in
client accounts and adjust as necessary Produce periodic reports
from trade order management system as necessary Work with
compliance to document and report on trading activity Assist with
other compliance related tasks Enter, maintain and report on data
in portfolio management system Collaborate with Financial advisors
to enter and analyze data in investment portfolio proposals as
necessary Participate in the Investment Committee Maintain an
understanding of the current market environment and how that
affects investments and asset allocation Perform duties consistent
to plan and within a professional framework representing the
Company's goals and objectives Perform additional duties as
necessary in order to support and enhance investment department
objectives Adhere to all company policies and procedures and
perform business functions with focus on consistency, quality, and
compliance Qualifications Undergraduate degree required, preferably
in business, finance or economics related major CFA/participation
in the CFA program Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment
related field; portfolio management and/or securities trading
experience Strong interest and knowledge in financial planning and
wealth management Interpersonal skills, productive working within a
team structure Excellent written and verbal communication skills
and presentation skills Ability to work independently and exercise
discretion without immediate supervision at all times Ability to
multi-task under pressure, prioritize workflow and assignments in a
deadline oriented environment Strong attention to detail and
accuracy Ability to organize and present data; strong Excel and/or
programming skills a plus Strong proficiency in portfolio
management software (e.g., Tamarac) and financial platforms such as
Schwab and Fidelity. Advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with
programming or data analysis tools, are a plus. What We Offer We
